Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Reports To: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Location: All Locations

Department / Unit: Engineering

Basic Function:
Responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of manufacturing processes to maximize productivity while minimizing costs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops advanced manufacturing processes. Assigned strategic investigations to support long
Range manufacturing development.

Serves as an internal manufacturing process consultant for product groups, management, new product development engineering, marketing, and sales.

Acts in a leadership role in the engineering department by allocating work, assigning deadlines, reviewing progress, leading process FMEA’s and providing input as required.

Mechanical aptitude and mental/physical/visual acuity. Ability to do long-term repetitive work. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate computers. Persons occupying this position will be expected to sign an Employee Inventions and Proprietary Information agreement.

Education and Experience Requirements or Equivalencies:
Bachelors Degree In Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
At least 3 To 5 years experience
Working knowledge of G D & T Methodology
